Speaking of pesticides, the exterminator is at the Thai restaurant next door (my office window looks out on the back of a Thai place.) I used to eat at that place all the time until I noticed this exterminator. Apparantly the bugs and other exterminatable things in that place are so big that the guy uses this Shop Vac on Steroids looking thing, he just wheeled it in!

See, I am a smoker, but if someone were to ask me, or tell me to put it out I would with no hesitation - especially if the person asking me to put it out is standing amongst tables of explosives!

People just don't look at fireworks the same way they would dynomite or some other high explosive. I had one guy walk up smoking and when I told him to put it out he said "Why, you can pop these (referring to those little bang-snaps) in your hand, they won't hurt anyone" I fired back with, "1 bang-snap may not hurt, but let me set off a CASE of them on you and see how it feels"
